This is the home of Roadside Bliss.  What exactly should that be?

Currently, it’s an experimental blog to showcase:

  • travel writing
  • pictures of old signs, particularly post-World War II and pre 1970 signs that capture the regional culture of America.  (I like restaurants, gas stations, and hotels, which most often proliferate on old “blue highways” and away from interstates.)
  • an idea for a book project, which is ongoing.
Enjoy!

Great stuff. I really enjoyed looking through the blog.
So what’s the book concept? Art? Photography? History?
